Each company is formed to achieve a specific goal and it said be successful when has been achieved necessary success incompetent human resources. There are competence becomes very useful help organizations improve their performance. This research aims specify the influence of knowledge competence, skills, attitudes on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang.
